(All Courses approved by D.G.Shipping, Ministry of Shipping, Govt Of India)
(Approved by the Directorate General of Shipping, Government of India) Upon successful completion of this Pre-Sea Training, candidates will be eligible to join Indian and foreign shipping companies as a Rating, either as Deck Crew or Engine Crew. GP Rating candidates will be proficient in all seamanship activities on the deck side as well as operational work on the engine side. With further sea service, they can be promoted to positions such as Deck Serang, Bosun, Able-Bodied Seaman, Engine Fitter, and more. They also have the opportunity to be promoted to Officer level positions, subject to meeting specific service and qualification requirements. After completing the Pre-Sea Training, candidates must pass examinations conducted by the Board of Examination for Seafarers (BES). Successful candidates are then eligible to obtain the Continuous Discharge Certificate (Indian CDC) issued by the Directorate General of Shipping, Government of India. PHASE 1 : After 6 Months G.P. Rating Course Join as either Deck Crew or Engine Crew

PHASE 2 : Promoted as AB Seaman Bosum in Deck Side or Promoted in Engine Side
(Salary 1000 USD Per Month / In Indian Currency Rs 86,000 Per Month)
PHASE 3 : 36 Months Sea Experience & with certain Qualifications Eligible to appear 2nd Mate Exams
(Salary 1500 - 2000 USD Per Month / In Indian Currency Rs 120,000 to 1.50 lakh Per Month)
PHASE 4 : Eligible to get promotion to 2nd Officer and with further Sea Experience and Exam, can be promoted to Captian Level.

PHASE 5 : Become a Captain of Ship

Xth Std. Pass from Govt. recognised board with subjects English, Mathematics & Science with 40% aggregate.
English 40% in Xth / XIIth (or) XIIth Std. (any stream) Govt. recognised board with 40% aggregate. English 40% in
Xth / XIIth but with subjects English, Mathematics & Science at Xth Std. (or) Pass in 2 year ITI course approved by DVET with minimum 40 % aggregate marks in final year of ITI & 40 % aggregate in English 40% in Xth / XIIth
